Gigabyte X800 pro crashes post install

Just upgraded from a 9800 pro to a X800 pro, post instal it keeps crashing and now my dialup screen pops up every time I reboot...what gives?

V-tuner wants the the internet, changed Modem slots and gave the card it's own power instead of sharing with a HD. fixed
