before you just switch heatsinks and fans, try cooling yoru case better, i have an fop32-1 as well, and for the noise of the 38, i dont think its really worth it, you can pick up some quiet 80mm fans and just add them to you case to get out the hot air. when i first installed my FOP32-1 my cpu temp was about 49 and went as high as 52, then i moved some cables around to make better airflow it dropped to a constant 47 -50 with the side of the case off the temp dropped to about 43-46 i installed a 120mm fan in a hole i cut in the side of the case because i didnt like having the side of my case of so i figured that would be a better way to get the air in there, and now my cpu temp is at 39. quite pleased to see it there. and now i am just going to make a switch to turn the fan either off or just slow it down so it doesnt have to run full blast all the time, incase i am watching a dvd and want to hear more movie than wind. with the fop38 you wont be able to turn down the noise if you wanted to. where as you can with an extra case fan.
If you overclock an Intel Processor enough, it will turn into an AMD. True Story.
