Question Gnu grub

Pc was working fine with only Ubuntu. Entered BIOS on Asrock B450 gaming K4 and enabled the ultra fast boot. Now, when I start my pc, I'm faced with a gnu grub command line. Additionally, my keyboard LEDS are working but the keyboard will not do anything. What should I do? (Latest version of Ubuntu, MIGHT have another copy of Linux on my HDD which I might have missed while formatting it cause I just got a new SSD if that helps)

Turn Fast boot back off maybe?

Idk why but it looks like my entire IO is nonfunctional. Receiving power to devices but no signal or logic. Can't access BIOS to turn it off.
