Holy Shiznit that review was long! Took me 15 mins to read it!!
Noticed a few times they said the min fps were essentially the same for the nv and ati but the ati got way higher max fps...I'd laugh so hard if they had vsync on in one case and not the other.

honestly spud, dh doesn't know jack compared to you, about intel. dh is a coward that goes around questioning people about their knowledge so no one would get the chance to ask him. i've asked him a few times, but never even got a reply. just look at my other post here... i doubt he would actually have something impressive to say.

Right, well I have just done some basic tests on my Leadtek 5900 Ultra with no overclocking (CPU or GPU).

45.23: 3DMark03-03 5969 AquaMark3: 40121
45.33: 3DMark03-03 5948 AquaMark3: 39113
52.13: 3DMark03-03 5970 AquaMark3: 41876

The CPU scores wavered a bit, and fill rates were down with the 52.13 drivers but made up for in the 2 DX9 tests but over all the results are pretty much the same as far as I'm concerned.

I noticed that the hard coded 'core slowdown threshold' has been reduced from 140 to 120 degrees in the newest driver. I don't know if it gets this hot when at standard speeds, but if it did then this could cap performance.

With all of the above said, I then played 30 minutes of Battlefield and I thought it felt much better - and at the end of the day my personal experience is all I'm looking for.

Finally, a week or so ago I tried the 51.x driver that was on some site and it was terrible when I tried it in Battlefield.

Have you ever talked to DH in a chat room? Just curious.
Cause I didn't know what to think of him in the forums.
Then I talked with him in the chatroom, and I get this very strong feeling he knows what he's talking about such as when I talk about physics or science with him.
