Goes to setup every boot

Every time the computer boots up it stops on Do you want to enter setup. I have to click on no before it will continue to load. Once it has loaded the computer works fine.

1.) Is your installation Disk still in the drive?

2.) Also go to Run---->msconfig----->Boot. Then tell me what you see. Maybe i can see if there is anything wrong with the boot cant think of the word-if it wants to boot anything else. Say if there are any checks in any of the boxes that sort of thing and what it says on the top.

3.) And what OS are you running, what CPU, how much RAM, is it a HP/Dell or did you build it? If you build it what is your mobo?

4.) You can also check to make sure that you dont have any bootable usb device hooked up...

Is it a brand new computer, or did you just install windows??

I am on hold for this issue at this time. I have a friend who is having the problem, and she also is fighting for her life due to breast cancer. When I thought I was going to go over and look at her machine, I started looking for answers. So unfortunately I do not have the answers to your questions. I will print them out so as to go to do the fix, and if it doesn't work, (I.e. go into setup and look around save and get out, and see if it clears up the problem.) I will have the questions to ask her. Thank you so much for taking your time to answer.
