GoLoaderstart has stopped working? Don't even know what it is?

I keep getting a popup on my computer saying GoLoaderStart has stopped working. I can't search for it on my computer, it's not on task manager, and I can't find anything on google. Avast says I'm clean.
I did fiddle with cmd right before this happened. I had a program (league of legends patcher) that wouldn't close on task manager so I used cmd to no avail. I ended up downloading nircmd to close it. Now this popup comes every ~30 minutes or so and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Please help!

This is pretty much the only thing I can find about it, don't know what any of this stuff means and can't find it in users (i might be looking for it wrong)

Please help me! I have no idea how to make these popups go away!

Hi,

First do a virus/malware cleanup. Here's a link for the tools you can run and tutorials.

After the cleanup also do uninstall/reinstall the League of Legends patcher just to be sure.

Accidentally marked as solved, gunna repost. I run with all those and it's not league. From the second link it says this : The file being studied is a Portable Executable file! More specifically, it is a Win32 EXE file for the Windows command line subsystem.
