I'd go with Fortron Source. They handle higher loads and have a longer service life than the Antec True power, and many "high end" power supply "makers" use them for their own supplies (usually adding extra features like quieter fans, etc). Sparkle is part of the FSP group, for which Fortron Source is the manufacturer.

Falcon Northwest, Maingear and Voodoo PC all use Enermax PSU for their $5,000+ PC. I think it is good indication that Enermax makes great PSUs.

I just purchased a Zalman PSU and it has very stable voltages, I'm not sure how well it handles high loads since I don't have a lot in my system right now. But the Zalman PSU's are sure quite. The only noise from my case right now is my CPU fan, and that will change soon.
