Good cards in 150 - 210 range?

Going to upgrade to an AMD FX-8320 w 8gb and 1600mhz ram. Have a GTX 750 with 1gb. What's a good card within my range, anyone? I'm looking at the R9 380, has 4GB VRAM, runs for like 200. Is that a good card to get or should I go with something else? Want the most bang for buck, I upgrade my PC usually once ever couple years so this will be it for a while.

You might even be able to score a 380X on sale. Before Christmas, I saw them below $200.00.

gtx 960 not a bad option either. if you wanna stick to the low end of your budget you could do the gtx 950 as well.
