Good computer for streaming/recording/editing with a relatively low price

I want to get started with twitch streaming and start a youtube gaming channel, but I need a new pc for that, and I'm all new to building my own pc, so I need a little help. My budget I can't really say for sure since I'm norwegian and the prices are a little different, but any answer is appreciated.

The 500-600 USD one:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 core processer
GPU: GTX 660 ti or 560
RAM: 8GB

The 1000-1500 USD one

CPU: Intel 4th generation Haswell 4770k
GPU: Nividia Titian
RAM 16GB

The motherborad, power supply, and Hard Drive is your prefrence. Just make sure the motherboard uses the correct socket type

AMD Socket: AM3+, i dont know what the intel socket is though
