unfortunately, in the area where I live, there is a limited choice of models

air cooler: Le Grand Macho RT
liquid: deepcool CASTLE 240 RGB v2
liquid: Corsair Hydro Series H100X

which one is better?

i want overclock my cpu a bit (like 4.4 ) and run my cpu at full load.
i want the cooler keep my cpu temp under 90
If we assume that the prices are equal, which model is the priority of purchase?

I've never heard of that AIR cooler, somebody on this forum im sure did, but i would play it safe and go with Corsair, then Deepcool, then that AIR cooler.

Yes. Large heatsink with nice fans. Though, the one the OP listed is a single fan unit it should work ok.

The air cooler is very decent, however it's rather large. So you'd need to determine exact cpu clearance height for the case first.

The Ryzens aren't especially overly power hungry, even with OC, even the 3900x doesn't run that hot, they aren't Intel.

You probably have a wider choice of coolers than you imagine.
