Good Enough PSU?

Hi, I am wondering if this PSU will run the following setup perfectly fine.

Setup:

Intel Core i7 3770k 3.5GHz 1155

MSI Z77A-GD55 Intel Z77 Socket 1155 DDR3 PCI-Express Motherboard

MSI GTX 570 Twin Frozer III Power Edition

8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz

1TB Seagate 7200.12 SATA III 6Gb/s Hard Drive

Sharkoon T9 Case - White Edition

For that set-up alone it will be fine. http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/msi-geforce-n570-twin-frozr-iii-power-edition-oc-review/21/ suggests a 258 watt gpu draw max at load, and http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2012/04/23/intel-core-i7-3770k-review/8 suggests an overclocked 3770 at 244 watts max...... so plenty headroom left.

If you plan on SLIing later etc then maybe not.

Thanks. So what about the whole setup itself, do you think it will run almost any game at pretty much full graphics (ULTRA) whilst still playing at a high FPS

Also, I was planning on overclocking to 5GHz, will the PSU still beable to handle this under max load?

it will run everything except witcher 2 and bf3 at max... it should max out metro but @30fps minimum which is pretty much all you can expect... also look at the gtx 670 as its about half the price of a 680 and is only 5% or so slower with a slight oc.
stay away from the frozer coolers as there noisy and when i say noisy think your mums hoover noisy
