Good Game with Friends?

Hi I was looking for a massivley multiplayer game with an open world that you can play with friends? Something maybe where you can build a base and raid people and such? I know of one or two games but need more suggestions! Thanks!

Ok, for survival i'd try 7 days to die or even ark. for survival/fps mix there's rust. if you like science fiction there's elder scrolls online and star wars the old republic. there's a long list on steam that's awesome for average rating, the top ones are all amazing.
