Good gaming/video editing rig?

My current rig is a windows 8.1 AMD A10 5745M and an 8610G GPU with 16gb RAM @1333, I will be upgrading to a windows 7 4800mq 8gb of ram@1600 with a gt 750m with 2gb gddr5 on a 1366x768 screen. I know the 765m is better but i heard because of the 720p screen i will be using it will be awesome as well. How will i do with video editing and gaming? I heard that the difference anyway is going to be HUGE. Someone please explain with details 😀

the 750m is indeed a better graphics chip for a laptop,and you should see an improvement in gaming,since you'll be able to use higher graphics settings. However,HUGE is abit of an overstatement since the 8610G is no slouch on lower resolutions either.
