Good mod PSU

Hi Im looking to build a pc and I want a modular power supply in order to change cables for aesthetic purposes and don't know which PSU is good and which is not . I have a 70 euro budget ( 80 $ ) and have found this options :
Seasonic M12II 520 EVO

Seasonic brand is generally good quality. The Gold rated ones they make are awesome

Pretty expenaive too ... Ita 20 euros more and if I get get rid of them on black friday ill go with a Foxus+ 550 watt fully modular ..
