Good monitor

Good day to all and Godbless!!

Im using a laptop for playing League of Legends w/ external monitor at 1280x1024 res(samsung syncmaster 740n 17inch) getting 50fps average (60 highest, 40 lowest) at all low settings.

My internal lcd died. lol! my laptop is old, I guess 5 or 6 years old..

Laptop specs:
Vostro 1500
t5270@1.4ghz
8400m gs 64 bit 128mb (256mb in xp) oced (650 core bus & 550 memor bus) max temp @ 65 degrees Celcius
2gb ram

The monitor im using right now which I borrowed from my friend will be returning next month, i guess 2nd week of sept. And so I will be buying a new monitor. These are the only available brands where I live:
Samsung
Acer
AOC
LG
BENQ

Now, what would be the best screen size for my laptop can handle for league of legends. My budget is up to 250$(10k pesos).


OR

I can build a pc for 250$ with this specs "but" I will be getting the 18.5 monitor to fit my budget:

g620@ 2.6 ghz

hd 6570 1gdrr3 version only available OR

gt 4301gddr3 (optional) dnt know what to choose because Im not sure if the 6570 is better so please tell me @@

2gb ram

Or

a6 3500 tricore @ 2.4ghz w/ 6530d

2gb ram

Maybe add hd 6570 for dual graphics or stick w/ 6530d if it can handle LOL in 18.5inch monitor

Besides from gaming, I love watching movies. 40% gaming, 30% watching movies, 20% browsing and 10% for others (idk how to call it.)

I'm not much into "low" budget, but i would suggest one of the FX processors from AMD if you could raise the budget a little, should handle LoL easily and is great at multitasking.

Don't know much about the stuff you wrote out.

Regardless, the budget "desktop" is still going to be better than the laptop...

and take the 6570 over gt 430...

THanks! If i choose the budget desktop Im going for the 18.5 inch monitor and the 6570. What brand could you suggest for the monitor?

But will the 18.5 inch monitor be enough for watching movies? I want to watch HD movies as possible.

18.5 inch monitors should have resolutions over 720p... so yes. you can watch HD movies on it. (most of the ones I've found are 1366x768 resolution)

I really don't have any recommendations with the brands... as long as there's good reviews with that specific monitor model... (every company makes some *** monitors at one time or another...)

Thanks..! Is the amd dual graphics (6530d + 6570) better than the intel build? I mean specifically for games only performance.. Thanks and Godlbless!

Ya. the AMD xfire set-up will perform better than the intel set-up in games.
