Good PC build for friend

[CPU2016]

My friend wants to build a Gaming pc for $800, the only problem is, he wants (mostly) everything to be blue and he has no experience building PC's. Any ideas?

there is team nighthawk rams with blue led for $120

Sub in the 6GB 1060 @OP, stick with the Ripjaws V RAM though, 3200MHz will see quite a bit better performance over 3000MHz with Ryzen.
