Good pc low fps

Hello i get a gaming pc

Intel core i5-2400 CPU 3.10 Ghz
AMD radeon HD 6700 series
Ram 4gb

and my problem is when i play cs go i get about 100 fps my friend get same pc and get about 280fps if you have any fixes plz reply thanks (sorry for bad english).

Do your friends have the same gpu? That gpu is not the newest or most powerful. What settings are the y playing at, low? Do you have v-sync on? If your fps are higher than the monitor can handle, it does not matter. The fps are limited by the monitor then. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CebbE6qBDUY

Well it's not really a problem is it? 100fps is far from what you need. 60 is all you need really. And there is no fix to your problem. Your friend is either playing on the lowest graphics possible or is just simply lying. That video card can't go up to 280fps. Check his setup again. He has a different gpu probably

It's probably your gpu, yeah. Btw when did you get this pc? Try opening it up and blowing it with compressed air to get rid of all the dust in it. It might help. Btw does your friend get constant 280 fps?

Okay thank you it can be i dont clear pc from dust 1,5 year.. but on this Christmas i go buy nvidia gtx 970
