You can't go wrong with a Corsair PSU.

The power ratings on the GPUs are mostly utter crap.... they "recommend" that because MOST of these gpus get bunched up with completely shit power supplies in pre-built PCs from the OEM builders....

the 7790 has a TDP of 85w and the 7770 has a TDP of 80w.... Which a PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot and a 6 pin connector can more than provide.... (the specs says that the corsair cx430 can provide 32 amps on the 12V rail

Modular means that on you ONLY need to plug in the cables you need. there should be a individual cable plug for each cable and a bundle of cables for basic cables (24 pin, 8 pin (splits into the 4 pin for the motherboard)) on the back of the PSU

If your not OC'ing the Corsair CX 430w PSU can easily handle up to 7850 or GTX 660. Obviously if you want more upgrade room than the Corsair CX 500w PSU would give you that extra upgrade room.
