Good sound system for X Fi titanium ?

Just got a X Fi titanium card and I was wondering what 2.1 speakers system would be best for it. Don't have much money so my budget is low. For around 40 dollars max what's the best thing I can get? I'd like to order from amazon.

$40 dollar speakers are garbage. Save up your money and buy powered studio monitors, which will work with a PC.

Just made digging on speakers and found Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 computer speakers are they any good? Looked at some reviews and they seems very good.
