Good vga to dual link dvi adapters

I have just bought a new computer and a new monitor. However stupidly i did not check to see if it was compatible with my pc. the monitor is d-sub (VGA) and the pc is dvi-dual link. can anyone recommend a good adapter for it?

They are not compatible signals. VGA ia analog. DVI is digital. An adapter will not work, and convertors are expensive. Your better off to buy a modern GPU.

If its a new PC it should have DVI or HDMI
