Google Andriod Tablet

I am looking to get a tablet to use as a mobile video player and web browsing. So I live in the US and want to know the best general model to purchase and a reputable retailer. I will settle for the rock bottom model so long the price is attractive even if it were used and on sale for cheap.

Any and prefer a US source even if it is the same product that is available directly from China. The reason behind this is faster and more reliable shipping. I have purchased overseas before like every one else but I rather not risk making a purchase when international problems are rising that could complicate shipping. Used or new doesn't matter.
