Google cookies

I use www.google.com as my main search engine.
But now it seems to store cookies and remembers what i have previously searched for.
I think this is since i started using IE6 rather than IE5.
I don't want the missus and kids to see some of the crazy sheet i search for'so how do i remove them.

I have cleared my cache and history and cookies'but these google cookies remain??

So how do i get rid of them?

Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Auto Complete -> Clear Forms

for the record, they're not cookies, just a history list

i went to the tomshardware forums and all i got was this lousy signature.
