What ISN'T an industry standard these days? Companies getting hacked and users data gets leaked and sold is an industry standard too.

Reading this from the Brave browser! Question though: When I use Brave in-private browsing with Tor enabled, why do Captchas come up so often? Is that a choice by individual website developers, to make a Captcha come up if they detect the user is on the Tor network?
