After the first day i got my new stuff and put it together, my audio hasn't worked since. I haven't installed my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3H) driver disk because i don't have an OD. I'm thinking this may be the problem, but i wasn't sure enough to spend 20$ and the problem not be solved. I did the common solutions people have such as: Having windows search for new driver, Uninstalling drivers and reinstalling, and checking inside my case. If you guys have anything that i could try please let me know!

Hey I found this file on my ssd that says i can't open it called system volume information. Do you think this could alos be the problem?

No, that is a system file, no need to mess with it.

I tried resetting my PC yesterday and it won't let me do it? Is it because i haven't activated windows 10?

Did you do a clean Windows setup already, is that what you mean by "resetting the PC"? What exactly are you doing and what is the result, including error messages.

No I went to recovery and tried to reset PC but it won't let me. I still haven't gotten a new license though, so should i do that first before trying to reset it again?

I think you are misunderstanding hang the 9, what he is saying is, you take that "fulll" windows 10 iso you downloaded.
Put it either on a dvd or use a flash drive at 8GB, then you use this tool.
http://filehippo.com/download_windows_usb_dvd_download_tool/
Once the iso is loaded onto which ever source you like, reboot the computer in your usb or dvd drive.
Let the windows 10 installation start up, then you choose to partition your hard drive.
Delete the partition and any others, merge them into one, then you tell w10 installation "create" a new partition.
Set the size of it or in your case just leave it at default, hit begin and if all goes well it will be done in 1 hour.

Look at this website make sure you read the bottom so you understand what I am explaining.

On a side note if I could smack which ever stupid microsoft programmers for including the reset pc function into w8 and w10 I would do so.
It causes nothing but problems for people in the long run that don't fully understand how it works.

Alright I'll give it a go sometime soon! Thank you very much.
