Got Strange problem... :/

Hello all.. i got some really strange stuff on my PC..
I'm using:
Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center (legal copy)
updated to latest - Since no updates are available for now..
Installed Java and flash players and etc still same problem i get

here what's happening on Chrome/Firefox/Internet Explorer

Any idea how to fix it? :/ it's really irritating 🙁

see under the browser option if there is anything press in the web devellopement tab .

For whatever reason, JavaScript is not rendering on your PC.

the one i think is to delete and reinstall one browser at the time to see if this been solve .
