Question GPU and CPU fan spin, no display after boot

I ran into an issue with my PC today. It's been running fine, until I had to unplug the PSU cables from the components and later re-plug them. The fans were spinning and the LED on the mobo was on, but there was nothing on the screen (I did notice that the fans were running at more or less full speed). I tried reinserting everything (less the CPU), booting with one ram stick, reinserting CMOS battery, and nothing worked. I wondered if anyone's had a similar situation or a solution to it?

My PC specs:

• ASUS B450MK
• Ryzen 1700
• Vega 56
• 16gb 3200 HyperX
• WD500G SSD

Which psu? =maker+model+wattage.

i too have the same problem for my new build. when i start my computer, the cpu fan spins at full speed but no display, after i restart it 2 or more times, my cpu fan spins quitly and i get a display
but im still searching for a solution. im using gigabyte p700d 700w psu
