Question Gpu and cpu issue after new ram installation

Ive recently upgraded my ram from 2x8Gb to a 2x16Gb but after installing the ram. There was a white light on my motherboard under cpu.I also assume that my gpu is not turning on as there was no display and the indaction of it turning on.

My specs are as follows:
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 | 4.2 GHz | 6 Cores 12 Threads
Motherboard: For AMD – MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
Graphics Card: PALIT RTX 3060 Ti Dual LHR
The OLD RAM:
Crucial Ballistix Gaming 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz
The NEW RAM:
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? You forgot to include the make and model of your PSU and it's age. Are the sticks of ram populating slots A2 and B2?

As for whether the ram sticks it is under slots A2 and B2 and as for the BIOS system i cant recall the version of it and finally for my PSU it is a : Cooler Master MWE750 80Plus White (Non Moduar)

Use just one stick in slot a2.....test.

If no help try the other stick in slot a2.....test.
