Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

That is a horrible PSU unless you want to ruin everything that it's hooked up to.

I wouldn't call that Intex unit a PSU, more like an expensive paperweight.

If what you're saying is true, then you should invest in a reliably built PSU to protect the rest of your investments.

Where are you located? What is your budget for a PSU purchase? What is your preferred site for your PSU purchase?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

and coupled with the answers for the questions above, we can move forward with suggestions.

Board requires 24pin and the whole 8pin plug for cpu. I don't think you can get away with only four for cpu but any rather halfway decent psu you buy would have the 8pin anyway. Don't attempt to plug only 20pin to 24pin. Seems like a psu from a prebuilt machine with different proprietary atx fittings.

550w is more than enough, well could go lower if igpu is all you're using. Also that Corsair unit provides true 12v 550w max power. If you look at the label on that Intex psu under 12v I'm curious if it says 600w there.

If this is your IT-25F2, it's from a bygone era when power supplies had a mains outlet for a monitor and only 20 + 4 pins for the motherboard. It's probably somewhere between 10 and 20 years old and should quietly be "put out to pasture" and never used again. Don't risk your motherboard with such an ancient design. It'll probably be 'common rail' (I think that's the correct term) with insufficient power on the 12V rail for a big GPU. Not worth the risk.

This link shows three power ratings 450W, 500W and 550W. I'm not sure if there are three versions or something else? Perhaps they just stick three different labels on the same PSU and sell them in different parts of the world. 600W in cold climates, 500W in temperate and 450W in desert locations.:)
