GPU and CPU

Hello community i am about to buy a GIGABYTE Geforce GTX 970 G1 Gaming but first i would like to know if it will work with my processor which is a AMD FX-4300. thanks i look forward to hearing you guys responses

Will it work - yes
is it optimal - no. You cpu will bottleneck the new gpu. You might consider upgrading to the 8 core 83xx series or dropping down to a 750Ti or maybe a gtx960.

Yh wat he said but don't go for 960 when the r9 285 is good as 960 and is cheaper and r9 280x is better than 960 and is at a price near the 960. Will be much more worth it
