GPU and Memory clock issue

Solution
Type in start control panel then go to Hardware and sound then to power option and set it to high perfomance.

Have you bought this card recently or it was your old card?
Because your GPU isnt doing anything, download MSI Afterburner and install it with Riva tuner.

Now in MSI afterburner you go to settings, then on monitoring tab,
Now There are Graph and Properties Column.

In graph you tick what you want monitor from MSi Afterburner,

As from Properties, down under "GPU N graph properties" (It changes as you select up) you tick "Show on Display"

Now you tick Temperature, Usage, Memory and Core clock.

Now in taskbar you should look up for riva tuner, after you opened it up, on top right of that window should be "Show on Screen Display" Change it to on.

Now after you launch game you should be able to spot core, memory and temperature on top left corner and if it doesnt change to what is stated there might be an issue.
