Question GPU at low procent %

I have a little issue, a couple of days I started my PC just like everyday, but when I started a game (GTA V) but it ran on a very low fps. normally the game runs at about 110-130 fps at max settings at 1080p, but now it ran at 50-60 fps. So i started Rainbow six to see if I had the same problem there, and yes, it ran at around 60 fps, normally around 130-140 fps on 1080p max. I've tried to find some answers to this problem, like disabling HPET, but it didn't do anything.



Also when I look at task manager, is says that te gpu is working at around 1-5% while gaming. Does anyone have a solution?

I5-6500

MSI 1070 OC

8gb ddr4 RAM

600 WATT power supply,

MOBO: Asrock H110 Pro

Have you checked the temperatures of the card, or physically checked the heatsink and fan?

Can you check in NVidia Control Panel --> Manage 3D Settings and check if force VSYNC is turned OFF. Vsync locks the framerate, usually to 60fps.

OK that's fine. Check the settings in Nvidia control panel as the other poster suggested

V sync was always turned off

Cpu is 3,5 ghz, GPU clock speed is 1510
