For starters, I have a MSI B350 gaming pro carbon and I'm switching from a EVGA gtx 750 to a Gigabyte gtx 1050 ti. My PSU is a Corsair CX750M.
I uninstalled the old drivers with DDU, and replaced the gpu. The gpu did not come with any power cables and my psu doesn't have any other cables that support the 6 pin aux on the 1050 ti. The PCI_E port on my psu is 8 pin(6+2).
Once I turn my PC on with the new guy it tells me to power down and connect PCI_E power. All the searches I've done say that the 1050 ti uses power from the motherboard.
I'm confused on what I did wrong. How can I get my PC running?
