Motherboard =MSI H97 Gaming 3
CPU =I7-4790(Non K) 3.60Ghz Turbo 4.00Ghz
Ram =1 x 8GB Corsair 1600 Mhz DDR 3
PSU =Corsair CS750M
I'm Using 1080p Monitor
I Want To Take A RTX 2060 But I Had And I7 4th Gen CPU And 8GB 1600Mhz Ram

Will My CPU/Ram Bottleneck My GPU?
If Yes How Bad Is It?

Is that a 1080p 60Hz or higher monitor? If 60Hz the biggest bottleneck is the monitor.

Upgrading to dual channel 16gb RAM should help avoid stuttering in those games.

A new GPU and potentially another stick of 1x8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz (with the same specs as the RAM you currently have) is all you really need. The i7-4790 is still really good, and will remain to be for a while.
