Question GPU clock question

I have an ARC B580 LE which has a base clock of 2670 MHz. On the desktop it is around 400-550 MHz. I noticed that while gaming it can shoot to 2950 MHz (MSI afterburner and HWinfo). I do have a 100 MHz bump in the ARC software but I can't verify that its been applied through that software or in GPUz. But I am wondering if it is normal for it to operate at 2950 even though the base clock is 2670. Thank you!

Ok nevermind I solved it. Thought the base clock is 2670, the boost clock for the card is 2850. With the 100 MHz bump I have the boost clock hits 2950.
