[SOLVED] GPU Clock Won't Go Up After Changing The Offest

I wanna overclock my gt740m in my old laptop I don't really care about and I have overclocked the memory clock for the card successfully.



But the gpu clock won't increase even though I cranked up the offset. So I feel like I'm leaving performance on the table here.

I've tried nvidia inspector and precision X so far and I get the same result. The operating system I have is windows 10.



I'd like to know if there is any fix for this, thanks!

Yeah, increasing the voltage is going to be counterproductive.
