Hey,

I've had my prebuilt computer for a while now and I've had no issues whatsoever so. I've been struggling with 16gb of ram for a while now so last night I decided to upgrade it and because it was black Friday I've decided to also update my storage with an m.2 but with no slots left I had to use my second pcie slot for a m.2 adapter. So I swapped out the ram for the new sticks. And also installed the ssd in the second pcie slot and everything worked completely fine and it was all recognised. But the following day I've now received a error 43 on my gpu in the device manager. I've swapped out the memory back and fourth and took out the m.2 out of the second pcie slot and still nothing. It's recognised in the system it still heats up and the fan spins but I get nothing but error 43. I've downloaded gpuz and it shows all my info but the memory size is showing as 0mb. I've reinstalled the drivers for the gpu and reseated the gpu but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated before I send it to someone to get fixed. Thank you.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

You posted " I've swapped out the memory back and fourth...."

Some computers require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in a specific slot. Typically DIMMA2.

Go online to the motherboard's manufacturer's website and find the applicable User Guide/Manual for the installed motherboard.

Review and read through the entire document to doublecheck everything.

Pay close attention to all fine print, notes, and warnings.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connections, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect for signs of damage.

Post accordingly.

Thank you for the fast reply.
Cpu: ryzen 5 3600
Gpu: nivida 2070 super
Motherboard: PRIME 450-Plus
Memory: 2 8gb 2400mhz ddr4 corsair vengeance/ swapping out with crucial pro ddr4 3200 mhz 2x16gb
OS: windows 10 home

My psu is a corsair vs550 550w it's about 4 years old and it was brand new when I brought it

I have a ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro 256GB M.2 for my boot drive with 250gb of space with 50gb free. And a Seagate ST2000DM008 2tb for everything else and that's got about 400gb remaining

I've cleaned the dust to the best of my abilities and checked all connectors and everything feels firm.

No visible damage to the gpu, its still heating up and the fan is spinning.

here is an image on what I'm looking at, after cleaning the dust off the top of the gpu it's seems to have made it worse
