Question GPU Crash while gaming

Hi guys
My screen goes black and the game either crashes without any error or the PC reboots, sometimes there are blue and red distorted pixels on the screen
I am aware that I have a huge bottleneck but my PC was working fine a week ago without any issues

GPU : Nvidia Zotac Gtx 1080 8gb
CPU : intel i5-2310
RAM : 2x8gb Kingston HyperX
PSU: Antec 600w

What I have tried so far:

1. Clean reinstalled GPU driver using DDU multiple times
2. Tried previous versions of GPU driver
3. Tried another PSU
4. I have tried underclocking my GP

also, my graphics card is in excellent condition so I really dont think its the GPU.
Any help would be appreciated

A little more information, does this happen on only one game or has this happened on more than one app, does it happen only when the PC is under load or does it happen when idle as well? When you tried another PSU was it also a 600w PSU?

It happens when I play any game, it rarely happens when the PC is idle, and yes, the other psu was 600w as well.
