[SOLVED] Gpu crashes and screen goes black while playing games

While playing games my MSI Aero 1070 ti 8gb crashes and screen goes black, have to reboot to make the system useable again. have been wondering if I should get the graphics card changed or get a new PSU (right now have a 500w one). I know that the card is able to run the games.
What do?

Is that a PSU brand ? Never heard of this, but a quick Google search takes me to some units, and they ALL seem to be some generic low-end PSU models. Please do not use this PSU for your gaming PC. It's not a very high quality unit, and I suspect this PSU might be crashing your GPU/PC, IMO.

You should NEVER skimp, or cheap out on the PSU. This is the MOST important PC component.

thank you, that actually really helpful. it was my begging PSU when I started building my rig year and a half ago, was using gtx 1050 then and had no problems

I've never heard of this PSU brand before, so I can't really comment on the quality of this unit. But it does look like an average unit. Not recommended. Grab some other high quality PSU from reputed brands like SEASONIC, EVGA, Corsair, Antec, Cooler Master, FSP, and other similar brands (upper tier units).

This is assuming you can buy one of the above PSU brands in ESTONIA. Check the following units. Can you afford to buy one of these ? I'm still trying to search for more PSU models, but I'm not getting the desired results.

Both the PSUs are pretty solid. You must buy them if you have the budget.(SEASONIC FOCUS plus gold, and CORSAIR RMx Gold ). Good luck.
