GPU crashes the system

So i got RX 480 and everytime the gpu gets loaded it crashes allmost instantly. Gpu is working tried it with my friends pc,all so psu isnt the problem tried that too. So what can crash my gpu/whole pc then?

PC:SPECS ARE
CPU ryzen 1600.
8gb ram
mobo:msi b350 mate
GPU RX480
PSU corsair CX650M

What GPU did you have before? Since the 1600 doesn't have built-in graphics you must have had some graphics card.

How’s your GPU temperatures under load? Do the fans spin up? Possible bad driver problem maybe? I would try to uninstall the graphics driver and do a clean install first, then test it and look for temperature issues

I had r9 290 and it got black screen crashes too,thought that it was gpus fault,so i bought the rx 480

hmm.i reinstalled windows 10 and i tried older and newer drivers nothing worked. Temps were fine around 50-60c and yeah fans are spinning. its really weird cause i get these stutters and gpu makes allso weird sound and it wont take long after load to crash

allso is that glueball something normal or doesnt it belong there, i have no idea.
