Question GPU Dilemma

Hey guys I would like to hear your opinion, I am thinking of buy a gpu, rx5500xt or 1650 super, however this year NVIDIA would release the 3000 series, shall I wait or ? what do you guys think? I would highly appreciate your opinion.

low end nvidia 3000 won't be release until next year.
not sure about the next gen amd.
