Question GPU Fan at 3700 RPM (100%) Cant control it.

My RX 570 fan is at 100% at 3700RPM and i cant control it. It sounds like a jet engine taking off.... someone got any ideas?

MSI A320M -A PRO
Sapphire RX 570
1TB HDD
250GB SSD
Ryzen 3 2300x
500W PSU Coolermaster
Windows 10 Home

Like i said, any fan controlling software won’t work for me as when i try change the fan speed on them, it allows me to do it, but just ignores it and nothing actually changes just stays max speed

Happened to me too, the issues was loose wires connected to gpu. Just remove gpu from motherboard and attach it again and check if wires are completely in
