Question GPU fan max speed at boot, no display

hi everyone,

I really hope someone could help me out. Today I turned on my pc (3 years old) and this happened: GPU fans spin at full speed and there is no display. CPU LED is on (red) on the motherboard, but no beeps. GPU fans do not stop spinning until I force shut down the pc with the power button on the case. I already tried unplugging and plugging almost all the sockets and I think everything is plugged in correctly. Tomorrow I'm going to try the VGA port, since I don't have the cable at the moment. This has never happened before, and I never have done OC. Inside the case is relatively clean. I recently downloaded Warhammer 3 and have played it for a few days. This is my specs:

MSI 2060 Super
Ryzen 5 3600
MSI Tomahawk Max b450
Corsair Vengeance 2xGB DDR4
PSU: BE QUIET! PURE POWER 11 400 W
SSD: Crucial P1 500 GB
HDD: Crucial MX500 1TB
