Question GPU Fan Suddenly Stopped Working Properly

So, my Nvidia RTX 2060S has 3 fans, the one on the very right all in a sudden started spinning way slower than usual, and when it does, it makes a weird buzzing sound.

I opened up my case and did some cleaning to make sure there's no dust that could be causing any trouble but unfortunately that didn't help. As the days go by the fan is getting worse and worse and at the time of writing this post it spins very slowly for 1 second then stops for 5 seconds and so on. It's worth noting that the other 2 fans are now spinning way faster than usual and the GPU is making as much noise as a vacuum cleaner.

All my PC temperatures are looking fine but everything else seems concerning. Should I be worried? What action should I take?

Sounds like the fan is slowly dying, with a fan less to cool the GPU the remaining two will spin harder to compensate when the temperature rises. Go look for a replacement fan.

Perhaps you should disassemble the fan mounting on the GPU, inspect them for dirt/debris impeding fan blade movement and while there, note the make/model of the fans. You can source replacement fans from Ebay or Aliexpress.
