Question GPU FANS ALWAYS AT 100%

Hi, today I dissassembled my gpu because it was getting very hot (80°). I changed the thermal paste, cleaned the fans. When I turned on the PC, the gpu fans are always at 100%. MSI AFTERBURNER says that the fans are running at 25% but the rpm shows 3000rpm. Also the fans speed control in msi afterburner doesn't work. The temps are fine 30°

gpu is rx 570 gigabyte gaming 4g

Take it apart again and make sure the heatsink is compressed with the GPU die

Have you plugged in the fan connector fully? I once did that to my HD 6950, and the PWM connector was 3 pins in instead of 4 (the control pin was not connected) thus one fan was always at 100%. Funny, it sounded like an airplane.
