Question GPU fans spinning at 100% when using MSI Afterburner?

I just did a clean install of Windows 11 (updated the Bios, install GPU, CPU and Wi-Fi drivers) and after setting my fan curve in MSI Afterburner I notice my GPU fans randomly spinning up to 100% then backing off for a moment and starting again. If I use the Firmware control mode option in Afterburner it kind of works but as soon I alt+tab into other window starts doing it again

Thing I did try:
-Reinstall windows
-Reinstall MSI Afterburner and Riva Turner
-Clean/plug and unplug the GPU
-GPU temps are good they can stay under 50 with 0 rpm

This only occurs when using the program but I want to undervolt and set my own fan curve, is there any other program conflicting with Afterburner?

R5 5600x
16GB 3600Mt/s

1tb ssd nvme gen 4 (windows boot)

Are you also using Nvidia driver utility ? Don't use them both.

where can I see that? I just download the Nvidia app and install the most recent driver I also deselect everything like overlay etc

also the graph in gpu z is weird? i dont think is suppose to look like that, also i delete the msi afterburner and keeps doing it

It should be on Taskbar, probably under Hidden icons.

I reinstall the Nvidia drivers again but this times I only choose what was required that was the control panel that I have not open yet
