GPU for 7000 Rs

Hello everyone im from India and im searching for the best Graphic card out there for 7000 RS or less.

what about the GT 1030? ive checked online everywhere the GTX 750Ti comes at around 11k

you can buy GT 1030 too but still dont expect much of gaming

I have a FX 6300 with hyper 212 evo and 8 GB of corsair vengeance I have a 1 TB hdd seagate 550 Watts corsair PSU asus m5a 97 r2.0 EVO motherboard all i a CM 430 Elite Cabinet I used to have an HD 7970 GPU but it gave me Graphic problems like corrupted display and coloured lines, i tried taaking the GPU to a warantee repair shop but they wouldnt take it. I want to sell this PC for 27k so i have no option but to put in a cheap GPU.
