GPU for a budget system

So im building a really budget system for a video on my youtube channel. I already have the cpu, ram, psu, and motherboard. Im just wanting to maybe get a old case and some more ram. I need a gpu though. I have a few options for one. I can get am HD 7770 for 55$, or a GTS 450 for 35 or 30. The cpu is a q6600 and i was gonna use this for lan parties and such. I really dont want it to be overkill, but i want it to at least run GTA 5 at lowest settings. And if you reccomend a card, it has to have only one pcie 6 pin plug, as thats all the psu has

HD 7770 is faster than GTS 450, is the HD7770 new or used? btw whats your budget and where do you get your card? Maybe I can help you with research?

Both cards are used. Im buying them with a budget of about 60-70$. And im buying off of craigslist, I might do ebay if i can find a solid deal.
