Hey guys, I'm buying the components for my new build next week and I'm stock with the GPU.
I will be using CAD programs such as Vectorworks and AutoCad. 3D modelling/Rendering software such as Sketchup with Vray and Cinema 4D. And want to play some games such as Battlefild 4 at 1080p at 60fps mid settings.
What would you guys pick, a Sapphire r9 380 or a Sapphire Firepro w4100?

Other commponents in mind (open to suggestions):

CPU: xeon e31241v3
Motherboard: Asrock H97
Ram: 16gb ddr3 1600mhz
SSD: 240gb sandisk
Psu: 650 antec

Thank you for your answers!

Edit: Budget is between 200EUR and 300EUR

You wouldn't be able to play games with a render card. You wouldn't be able to render properly with a graphics card either.

So preferably you'll need two. If you don't do heavy rendering, just very light rendering then a graphics card could do some help. However if you do a lot of rendering then go for the AMD Firepro and save up for a discrete graphics card.

But now the problem/issue:
You need a graphics card for this build. The Xeon doesn't include onboard graphics.

Hmm, I've been playing The Witcher 3 quite successfully on a Firepro M6100 (mobile chipset, no less.) The Firepro line can play games quite well, even though that's not it's intended purpose. It looks like the W4100 runs a Cape Verde GPU, which makes it roughly equivalent to a Radeon 7750 or 7770 (maybe someone else can be more precise.) That will not game nearly as well as an R9 380.
