GPU for GTA 5

I currently am running a GT 730 on an AMD X4 860k.

Although not likely, does my rig have what it takes to handle GTA V? And if not, which GTA would be a nice substitute?

A GT 730 will certainly not run GTA V. If you spend a little on a gtx 950, you could though. If you don't want to just get GTA: San Andreas. It's my favorite GTA.

You could run it at low 30 FPS. What's your budget?
