Hello folks, I was wondering what gpu should I buy my pc in order to not get bottleneck or atleast little of it. Just planning on playing a few games. Mostly path of exile.
I would like to buy the best gpu i can without the diminishing returns of bottlenecking, due to my cpu. Some friends tell me buy a 2070, smth like that, is that accurate ? I feel like ill be wasting my money, that's too strong for my cpu right ?
Im running:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Ryzen 3 2200g at 3.7 ghz
Motherboard msi A320M PRO-VH (MS-7C52) (AM4)
447GB PNY CS900 480GB SSD (SATA (SSD))
8,00GB Single-Channel DDR4 @ 1199MHz (17-17-17-39), Im wondering if putting another identical 8 gb ram and getting to dual channel, will make my game perfomances better?

Thanks in advance.

Ryzens perform better with faster memory. Your motherboard is really not a top performer, but faster memory (and more of it) will improved CPU performance.

Before making a GPU recommendation, we need to know the make/model of your PSU. You may need to include a PSU upgrade in order to upgrade your GPU.

Get a 2x8GB@3200 ram kit and test.

You might be surprised at the perf bump.

Yea that is a poor quality unit, and will need to be replaced. Your board thankfully has Zen 3 support, after a bios update. This would be my suggestion, along with whatever GPU you can afford. RX 6600 is a great price/performance option.
